An autumn twist on traditional Polish “leniwe” lazy dumplings with cottage cheese, enriched with sweet, roasted Hokkaido pumpkin. Soft, fluffy, and full of flavor — perfect for a cozy meal on chilly days. The aromatic pumpkin gives them a beautiful color and a unique, comforting taste!

Ingredients:
- 3000 g water
- 400 g hokkaido
- 15 g salt
- 9 g salt
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 100 g potato starch
- 400 g Quark, fresh cheese, semi-fat
- 160 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 180℃ with the convection function. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 400 grams of Hokkaido pumpkin with the skin, deseeded and cut into quarters.
