- 380 g water
- 30 g rice vinegar
- 15 g sugar
- 3 g salt
- 250 g Rice white polished
Method of cooking:
- On top of the mixing bowl lid, place the cooking basket. Reset the scale and weigh 250 grams of sushi rice in it.
