  • 380 g water
  • 30 g rice vinegar
  • 15 g sugar
  • 3 g salt
  • 250 g Rice white polished

Method of cooking:

  1. On top of the mixing bowl lid, place the cooking basket. Reset the scale and weigh 250 grams of sushi rice in it.
