- 15 g coriander leaves
- 20 g chili peppers
- 30 g lime juice
- 80 g Onion, raw
- 30 g sugar
- 10 g garlic
- 200 g Pepper, red
- 120 g white dry wine
- 400 g condensed coconut milk
- 30 g Oil, olive
- 400 g Potato, long stored
- 50 g tomato paste 30%, canned
- 400 g Cod, fillets without skin, raw
- 400 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
- 10 g fish sauce
Method of cooking:
- On the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, place a bowl, reset the scale, and weigh 400 grams of cod cut into 2 cm cubes. Set the bowl aside.
