Ingredients:
- 3000 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 50 g shallots
- 2 g lemon peel
- 200 g tagliatelle
- 15 g capers
- 15 g salt
- 20 g garlic
- 3 g salt
- 30 g lemon juice
- 140 g Tuna in water, canned
- 20 g Cheese, Parmezan
- 50 g Oil, olive
- 30 g parsley leaves
- 10 g Anchois
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 200 grams of dry tagliatelle pasta. Set the bowl aside.
