Ingredients:
- 2300 g water
- 12 g salt
- 500 g Brussels sprouts, raw
Method of cooking:
- On the lid of the mixing bowl, place the basket and weigh 500 grams of Brussels sprouts, cleaned of outer leaves and with the stem ends trimmed. Set the basket aside.
