  • 12 g salt
  • 500 g Brussels sprouts, raw

Method of cooking:

  1. On the lid of the mixing bowl, place the basket and weigh 500 grams of Brussels sprouts, cleaned of outer leaves and with the stem ends trimmed. Set the basket aside.
