  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 30 g broth paste - CVR
  • 600 g pork tenderloin
  • 20 g dried mushrooms
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 10 g garlic
  • 3 g salt
  • 150 g Cream, 30% fat
  • 50 g clarified butter
  • 20 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:
