- 600 g pork tenderloin
- 20 g dried mushrooms
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 10 g garlic
- 3 g salt
- 150 g Cream, 30% fat
- 50 g clarified butter
- 20 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
