Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 10 g garlic
  • 1 g salt
  • 400 g broccoli, green, raw
  • 200 g Cheese, Cheddar, full-fat
  • 200 g Cream, 30% fat

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 1000 grams of water to the mixing bowl. On the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, place the first floor of the steamer, reset the scale, and add 400 grams of broccoli, washed and cut into small florets. Cover the steamer with the lid. Cook for 15 minutes at 140°C.
