Ingredients:

  • 700 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 2 g hot paprika powder
  • 1 g salt
  • 300 g Cauliflower
  • 20 g Oil, olive
  • 400 g Chicken, wing

Method of cooking:

  1. Place an ovenproof dish on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weight 400 grams of chicken wings, washed and patted dry. Season with ½ teaspoon of hot paprika, 1 pinch of salt, and 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper. Mix everything well and set aside. Preheat the oven to 180°C with the convection function.
