Ingredients:

  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 100 g mozzarella
  • 400 g minced beef
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 600 g Squash-summer, raw
  • 1 g salt
  • 10 g Oil, olive

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on top of the mixing bowl (without the measuring cup), reset the scale, and weigh 600 grams of zucchini, washed and cut into 1–2 cm slices. Set the zucchini aside. In another bowl, weigh 100 grams of grated mozzarella and set aside. In the next bowl, weigh 400 grams of ground beef and set aside.
