Ingredients:

  • 70 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 50 g Onion, raw
  • 300 g Squash-summer, raw
  • 1 g salt
  • 230 g Pepper, red
  • 50 g Oil, olive
  • 400 g Chicken, breast, without skin

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 50 grams of onion, peeled and cut into smaller pieces, to the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with a spatula. Add 50 grams of olive oil to the mixing bowl. Fry for 5 minutes at 100°C at a speed of 2 reverse rotations.
