Ingredients:
- 500 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 140 g Avocado
- 1 g salt
- 100 g chicken eggs, whole
- 200 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
- 170 g tmato
- 80 g lettuce
- 20 g Oil, olive
Method of cooking:
- Add 500 grams of water to the mixing bowl. Place the basket in the mixing bowl and add 2 eggs. Cook for 15 minutes at 140°C. When cooking is complete, carefully open the lid (beware of hot steam) and cool the eggs in cold water to set the desired doneness. Peel the eggs, cut them in half, and set aside.
