Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 400 g pork tenderloin
- 10 g garlic
- 1 g salt
- 300 g broccoli, green, raw
- 50 g Oil, olive
Method of cooking:
- Place an ovenproof dish on top of the mixing bowl (without the measuring cup), reset the scale, and weigh 400 grams of pork tenderloin, cleaned of membranes, washed, and patted dry. Add 2 garlic cloves (pressed), 50 grams of olive oil, 1 pinch of salt, and 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper. Mix everything well and set aside.
