Ingredients:

  • 15 g sugar
  • 3 g salt
  • 60 g butter
  • 120 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 20 g Pistachio nuts, dried
  • 50 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 250 g milk, 3,2% fat
  • 400 g wheat flour 450
  • 200 g pistachio cream

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 20 grams of shelled pistachios to the bowl. Chop for 3 seconds at a speed of 16 rotations. Transfer the chopped nuts to a small bowl and set aside. Clean the bowl.
