Ingredients:
- 15 g sugar
- 3 g salt
- 60 g butter
- 120 g chicken eggs, whole
- 20 g Pistachio nuts, dried
- 50 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 250 g milk, 3,2% fat
- 400 g wheat flour 450
- 200 g pistachio cream
Method of cooking:
- Add 20 grams of shelled pistachios to the bowl. Chop for 3 seconds at a speed of 16 rotations. Transfer the chopped nuts to a small bowl and set aside. Clean the bowl.
