Ingredients:

  • 1000 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g nutmeg
  • 3 g salt
  • 15 g butter
  • 20 g Corn flour (maize flour)
  • 400 g milk, 3,2% fat
  • 500 g Cabbage, white

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 500 grams of white cabbage cut into 3 cm pieces. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and rub the cabbage thoroughly.
