Ingredients:
- 1000 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g nutmeg
- 3 g salt
- 15 g butter
- 20 g Corn flour (maize flour)
- 400 g milk, 3,2% fat
- 500 g Cabbage, white
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 500 grams of white cabbage cut into 3 cm pieces. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and rub the cabbage thoroughly.
