Ingredients:
- 700 g water
- 45 g broth paste - CVR
- 40 g shallots
- 5 g garlic
- 3 g salt
- 40 g butter
- 60 g white dry wine
- 50 g Cream, 18% fat
- 250 g Barley groats
- 300 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
- 50 g Cheese, Parmezan
- 10 g Oil, rapeseed
Method of cooking:
- Add 50 grams of parmesan to the bowl. Mix for 10 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Wash and dry the bowl.
