Ingredients:

  • 700 g water
  • 45 g broth paste - CVR
  • 40 g shallots
  • 5 g garlic
  • 3 g salt
  • 40 g butter
  • 60 g white dry wine
  • 50 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 250 g Barley groats
  • 300 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
  • 50 g Cheese, Parmezan
  • 10 g Oil, rapeseed

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 50 grams of parmesan to the bowl. Mix for 10 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Wash and dry the bowl.
