  • 100 g Chocolate, milk
  • 100 g cream, 30% fat
  • 2 g Sea salt

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 100 grams of milk chocolate broken into smaller pieces and 100 grams of dark chocolate 70% broken into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
