Ingredients:

  • 2 g baking powder
  • 5 g sodium bicarbonate
  • 150 g sugar
  • 10 g salt
  • 180 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 500 g kefir 2% fat
  • 50 g sunflower oil
  • 360 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 3 eggs and 150 grams of sugar to the bowl. Whip for 1 minute 30 seconds at a speed of 8 rotations.
