Ingredients:

- 1 g white pepper
- 70 g shallots
- 60 g vinegar, balsamic
- 40 g spirit vinegar 10 %
- 80 g Avocado
- 100 g kale
- 9 g salt
- 20 g Linen seeds
- 240 g chicken eggs, whole
- 80 g mango
- 200 g broccoli, green, raw
- 200 g Cauliflower
- 300 g Brussels sprouts, raw
