  • 1 g white pepper
  • 70 g shallots
  • 60 g vinegar, balsamic
  • 40 g spirit vinegar 10 %
  • 80 g Avocado
  • 100 g kale
  • 9 g salt
  • 20 g Linen seeds
  • 240 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 80 g mango
  • 200 g broccoli, green, raw
  • 200 g Cauliflower
  • 300 g Brussels sprouts, raw
  • 25 g Oil, olive
  • 20 g Sunflower seeds, dried

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 70 grams of shallots cut into smaller pieces to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Transfer to a small bowl.
