  • 600 g water
  • 80 g rye flour
  • 12 g salt
  • 25 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 500 g wheat flour 450
  • 90 g Mieszanka nasion

Method of cooking:

  1. Grease two loaf pans (22 cm or 20 cm) with oil and line the bottoms with parchment paper.
