Tilslørte Bondepiker is a traditional Norwegian dessert whose name means "veiled peasant girls." Ingredients:
- 8 g ground cinnamom
- 3 g vanilla sugar - CVR
- 105 g sugar
- 750 g Apple
- 100 g Bread crumbs
- 50 g butter
- 20 g lemon juice
- 500 g cream, 30% fat
Method of cooking:
- Add 750 grams of sour apples, cored, peeled, and cubed, 20 grams of lemon juice, 80 grams of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar to the bowl. Chop for 20 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Cook for 9 minutes at 100°C at a speed of 2 rotations. Transfer to a bowl and leave to cool.
