Ingredients:

  • 8 g ground cinnamom
  • 3 g vanilla sugar - CVR
  • 105 g sugar
  • 750 g Apple
  • 100 g Bread crumbs
  • 50 g butter
  • 20 g lemon juice
  • 500 g cream, 30% fat

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 750 grams of sour apples, cored, peeled, and cubed, 20 grams of lemon juice, 80 grams of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar to the bowl. Chop for 20 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Cook for 9 minutes at 100°C at a speed of 2 rotations. Transfer to a bowl and leave to cool.
