Rice Dessert with Strawberry Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 g vanilla pod
- 45 g sugar
- 2 g salt
- 600 g milk, 3,2% fat
- 150 g frozen strawberries
- 350 g cream, 30% fat
- 100 g rice groats
Method of cooking:
- Add 100 grams of rice semolina, 600 grams of milk, and 1 pinch of salt to the bowl. Cook for 50 minutes at 100°C at a speed of 2 rotations. Transfer to another vessel. Place in the refrigerator to cool. Wash and dry the bowl.
