Ingredients:

  • 8 g vanilla sugar - CVR
  • 2 g baking powder
  • 4 g vanilla pod
  • 50 g almond flakes
  • 375 g sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 160 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 250 g milk, 3,2% fat
  • 100 g chicken egg whites
  • 20 g corn starch
  • 500 g Cream, 30% fat
  • 150 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. On the lid of the mixing bowl without a measuring cup, place a bowl, reset the scale and weigh 50 grams of almond flakes. Set the bowl aside. Install the whisk in the bowl. Add 150 grams of butter at room temperature, cut into smaller pieces, and 125 grams of sugar to the bowl. Cream for 1 minute at a speed of 6 reverse rotations. Scrape the bowl’s sides with a spatula. Continue creaming for 1 minute 30 seconds at a speed of 6 reverse rotations.
