  • 4 g vanilla sugar - CVR
  • 50 g almond flakes
  • 6 g vanilla extract
  • 250 g sugar
  • 200 g butter
  • 100 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 150 g almonds, sweet
  • 80 g chicken egg whites
  • 3 g corn starch
  • 100 g Cream, 30% fat

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 150 grams of sugar to the bowl. Grind for 25 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Transfer the powdered sugar to a small bowl. Add 150 grams of almonds to the bowl. Grind for 8 seconds at a speed of 14 rotations. Transfer the contents of the bowl to the bowl with powdered sugar.
