- 50 g almond flakes
- 6 g vanilla extract
- 250 g sugar
- 200 g butter
- 100 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 150 g almonds, sweet
- 80 g chicken egg whites
- 3 g corn starch
- 100 g Cream, 30% fat
Method of cooking:
- Add 150 grams of sugar to the bowl. Grind for 25 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Transfer the powdered sugar to a small bowl. Add 150 grams of almonds to the bowl. Grind for 8 seconds at a speed of 14 rotations. Transfer the contents of the bowl to the bowl with powdered sugar.
