Ingredients:

  • 500 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g nutmeg
  • 60 g broth paste - CVR
  • 20 g soy sauce
  • 20 g Dijon mustard
  • 1 g hot paprika powder
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 15 g garlic
  • 17 g salt
  • 135 g milk, 3,2% fat
  • 30 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 45 g potato starch
  • 335 g Cream, 30% fat

Method of cooking:

  1. Place a bowl on the lid of the mixing bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 135 grams of 30% heavy cream and 135 grams of milk. Set the bowl aside.
