Ingredients:

  • 150 g water
  • 8 g vanilla sugar - CVR
  • 10 g powdered sugar
  • 1 g vanilla pod
  • 82 g sugar
  • 2 g salt
  • 80 g butter
  • 180 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 60 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 200 g milk, 3,2% fat
  • 20 g corn starch
  • 500 g Cream, 30% fat
  • 120 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
