Ingredients:
- 150 g water
- 8 g vanilla sugar - CVR
- 10 g powdered sugar
- 1 g vanilla pod
- 82 g sugar
- 2 g salt
- 80 g butter
- 180 g chicken eggs, whole
- 60 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 200 g milk, 3,2% fat
- 20 g corn starch
- 500 g Cream, 30% fat
- 120 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
