Ingredients:

  • 3200 g water
  • 6 g salt
  • 150 g butter
  • 25 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 500 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Fill a large pot (about 3 liters) with water and bring it to a boil. Preheat the oven to 200°C with the top-bottom heating function. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
