Ingredients:
- 720 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 100 g spirit vinegar 10 %
- 100 g sugar
- 300 g Cucumber
- 18 g salt
- 70 g butter
- 100 g Cream, 18% fat
- 10 g Dill
- 600 g Salmon, raw
- 400 g Potato, long stored
Method of cooking:
- Cucumber salad: Place 1 cucumber (about 300 grams), sliced into 0.5 cm slices, in a bowl. Add 100 grams of sugar, 100 grams of vinegar and 100 grams of water to the mixing bowl. Mix for 5 minutes at 50°C at a speed of 6 rotations. Pour the prepared marinade over the cucumbers and set aside for 30 minutes. Then drain the cucumbers using the basket and transfer them to a bowl.
