  • 275 g ready-made puff pastry
  • 200 g minced beef
  • 15 g Ketchup
  • 60 g Onion, raw
  • 5 g garlic
  • 3 g salt
  • 15 g butter
  • 70 g Wine, red
  • 20 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 10 g Oil, olive
  • 80 g Peas green, frozen
  • 20 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C with the convection function. Add 60 grams of peeled onion cut into smaller pieces and 1 peeled garlic clove to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
