Ingredients:

  • 1500 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 80 g broth paste - CVR
  • 1 g bay leaf
  • 20 g hot chili pepper
  • 10 g garlic
  • 140 g Carrot
  • 12 g salt
  • 30 g butter
  • 120 g leek
  • 100 g spinach
  • 40 g Oil, olive
  • 150 g celeriac
  • 75 g Peas green, frozen
  • 200 g Pearl barley groats
  • 500 g Chicken, breast, without skin
  • 2 g thyme, fresh

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 500 grams of chicken breast meat cut into strips and 500 grams of water to the bowl. Cook for 10 minutes at 110°C at a speed of 1 reverse rotation. Pour the meat with water into a bowl and set aside to cool.
