Ingredients:
- 600 g water
- 55 g soy sauce
- 70 g vinegar, balsamic
- 20 g ginger root
- 120 g onion spring
- 2 g star anise
- 80 g sugar
- 500 g Pork, ribs
- 80 g Oil, sesame
Method of cooking:
- Add 20 grams of peeled ginger to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 15 rotations. Scrape the ingredients to the bottom of the bowl with the spatula.
