Ingredients:

  • 600 g water
  • 55 g soy sauce
  • 70 g vinegar, balsamic
  • 20 g ginger root
  • 120 g onion spring
  • 2 g star anise
  • 80 g sugar
  • 500 g Pork, ribs
  • 80 g Oil, sesame

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 20 grams of peeled ginger to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 15 rotations. Scrape the ingredients to the bottom of the bowl with the spatula.
