  • 125 g ricotta cheese
  • 10 g fresh basil
  • 100 g parma ham
  • 10 g garlic
  • 9 g salt
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 150 g spinach
  • 15 g Cheese, Parmezan
  • 700 g Turkey, breast, without skin

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 150 grams of spinach to the bowl. Cook for 5 minutes at 105°C at a speed of 1 reverse rotation. Drain the spinach of excess water in the basket.
