Ingredients:

  • 500 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 600 g Avocado
  • 3 g salt
  • 20 g lemon juice
  • 360 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 135 g Wheat toasted bread
  • 5 g Oil, olive
  • 10 g Dill
  • 250 g Salmon, raw

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 500 grams of water to the bowl. Place the basket with 6 eggs in the bowl. Cook for 11 minutes and 30 seconds at 140℃. After cooking, carefully open the lid ((be careful of hot steam) and cool the eggs in cold water to set the desired level of doneness. Peel the eggs. Wash and dry the bowl.
