Ingredients:

  • 800 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 100 g dried chickpeas
  • 100 g Turnip
  • 200 g Onion, raw
  • 15 g garlic
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 6 g salt
  • 300 g spinach
  • 30 g Oil, olive

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 100 grams of chickpeas to the bowl. Blend for 1 minute and 15 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Add 800 grams of water to the bowl. Mix for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
