Ingredients:
- 800 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 100 g dried chickpeas
- 100 g Turnip
- 200 g Onion, raw
- 15 g garlic
- 250 g Carrot
- 6 g salt
- 300 g spinach
- 30 g Oil, olive
Method of cooking:
- Add 100 grams of chickpeas to the bowl. Blend for 1 minute and 15 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Add 800 grams of water to the bowl. Mix for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
