Ingredients:
- 5 g ginger root
- 50 g onion spring
- 550 g grey shrimp
- 20 g lime juice
- 50 g oyster mushroom
- 800 g condensed coconut milk
- 120 g Rice pasta
- 30 g pasta red curry
- 20 g fish sauce
Method of cooking:
- Add 5 grams of ginger to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with a spatula.
