Ingredients:

  • 5 g ginger root
  • 50 g onion spring
  • 550 g grey shrimp
  • 20 g lime juice
  • 50 g oyster mushroom
  • 800 g condensed coconut milk
  • 120 g Rice pasta
  • 30 g pasta red curry
  • 20 g fish sauce

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 5 grams of ginger to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with a spatula.
