  • 500 g water
  • 50 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 200 g Carrot
  • 9 g salt
  • 100 g butter
  • 15 g lemon juice
  • 25 g white dry wine
  • 80 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 250 g Cauliflower
  • 350 g Potato, long stored
  • 500 g Rainbow trout, raw

Method of cooking:

  1. Season 2 trout with 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of pepper, and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. Line the second tier of the steamer with parchment paper and place the seasoned fish on it.
