Ingredients:
- 500 g water
- 50 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 200 g Carrot
- 9 g salt
- 100 g butter
- 15 g lemon juice
- 25 g white dry wine
- 80 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 250 g Cauliflower
- 350 g Potato, long stored
- 500 g Rainbow trout, raw
Method of cooking:
- Season 2 trout with 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of pepper, and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. Line the second tier of the steamer with parchment paper and place the seasoned fish on it.
