Ingredients:
- 800 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 50 g broth paste - CVR
- 450 g canned chickpeas
- 300 g ground turkey meat
- 1 g chili flakes
- 100 g Onion, raw
- 50 g kale
- 15 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 35 g Bread crumbs
- 60 g chicken eggs, whole
- 50 g Cheese, Parmezan
- 50 g Oil, olive
- 40 g tomato paste
Method of cooking:
- Add 50 grams of Parmesan cheese (cut into smaller pieces) and 2 peeled garlic cloves to the mixing bowl. Chop for 20 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with a spatula. Add 300 grams of ground turkey, 35 grams of breadcrumbs, 1 egg, 2 teaspoons of tomato paste, 1 teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of freshly ground pepper. Mix for 30 seconds at a speed of 14 rotations. Transfer the meat mixture to a bowl.
