Ingredients:

  • 800 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 50 g broth paste - CVR
  • 450 g canned chickpeas
  • 300 g ground turkey meat
  • 1 g chili flakes
  • 100 g Onion, raw
  • 50 g kale
  • 15 g garlic
  • 6 g salt
  • 35 g Bread crumbs
  • 60 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 50 g Cheese, Parmezan
  • 50 g Oil, olive
  • 40 g tomato paste

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 50 grams of Parmesan cheese (cut into smaller pieces) and 2 peeled garlic cloves to the mixing bowl. Chop for 20 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with a spatula. Add 300 grams of ground turkey, 35 grams of breadcrumbs, 1 egg, 2 teaspoons of tomato paste, 1 teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of freshly ground pepper. Mix for 30 seconds at a speed of 14 rotations. Transfer the meat mixture to a bowl.
