Ingredients:
- 60 g water
- 180 g sugar, brown
- 4 g cardamom
- 4 g ground cinnamom
- 2 g vanilla sugar
- 75 g sugar
- 6 g salt
- 225 g butter
- 180 g chicken eggs, whole
- 120 g Cream, 18% fat
- 25 g Yeast baker's, compressed
- 480 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 120 grams of sour cream, 60 grams of water, 75 grams of butter, and 75 grams of sugar to the bowl. Mix for 4 minutes at 40°C at a speed of 2 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with a spatula. Mix for 30 seconds at a speed of 2 rotations.
