Ingredients:

  • 60 g water
  • 180 g sugar, brown
  • 4 g cardamom
  • 4 g ground cinnamom
  • 2 g vanilla sugar
  • 75 g sugar
  • 6 g salt
  • 225 g butter
  • 180 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 120 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 25 g Yeast baker's, compressed
  • 480 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 120 grams of sour cream, 60 grams of water, 75 grams of butter, and 75 grams of sugar to the bowl. Mix for 4 minutes at 40°C at a speed of 2 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with a spatula. Mix for 30 seconds at a speed of 2 rotations.
