Ingredients:
- 100 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 5 g garlic
- 100 g Carrot
- 18 g salt
- 50 g white dry wine
- 400 g tmato
- 30 g Oil, olive
- 800 g Potato, long stored
- 900 g Cod, fillets without skin, raw
Method of cooking:
- Place the first layer of the steamer on top of the bowl lid (without the measuring cup) and weigh in 800 g of the peeled and cut into 3-4 cm pieces potatoes in it. On the second floor of the steam pot, place 6 fillets of white fish (120-200 g each) and season them with salt to taste. Set the steamer aside.
