Ingredients:

  • 100 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 150 g Onion, raw
  • 5 g garlic
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 18 g salt
  • 50 g white dry wine
  • 400 g tmato
  • 30 g Oil, olive
  • 800 g Potato, long stored
  • 900 g Cod, fillets without skin, raw

Method of cooking:

  1. Place the first layer of the steamer on top of the bowl lid (without the measuring cup) and weigh in 800 g of the peeled and cut into 3-4 cm pieces potatoes in it. On the second floor of the steam pot, place 6 fillets of white fish (120-200 g each) and season them with salt to taste. Set the steamer aside.
