  • 1 g nutmeg
  • 100 g shallots
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 9 g salt
  • 15 g butter
  • 50 g white dry wine
  • 50 g Cream, 18% fat
  • 300 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
  • 40 g Oil, olive
  • 600 g Salmon, raw
  • 600 g Potato, long stored
  • 200 g Cheese spread natural
  • 200 g Ser topiony

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 500 grams of water and 1 teaspoon of salt to the bowl. Place the basket in the bowl. Add 600 grams of peeled potatoes, cut into 2–3 cm chunks, to the basket.
