Ingredients:
- 500 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g nutmeg
- 100 g shallots
- 100 g Lemon
- 9 g salt
- 15 g butter
- 50 g white dry wine
- 50 g Cream, 18% fat
- 300 g Cultivated mushroom, raw
- 40 g Oil, olive
- 600 g Salmon, raw
- 600 g Potato, long stored
- 200 g Cheese spread natural
- 200 g Ser topiony
Method of cooking:
- Add 500 grams of water and 1 teaspoon of salt to the bowl. Place the basket in the bowl. Add 600 grams of peeled potatoes, cut into 2–3 cm chunks, to the basket.
