Ingredients:

  • 8 g vanilla sugar - CVR
  • 4 g baking powder
  • 40 g powdered sugar
  • 150 g sugar
  • 300 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 50 g Walnuts
  • 120 g banana
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 15 g Oil, rapeseed
  • 800 g Cream, 30% fat
  • 150 g wheat flour 450
  • 100 g raspberry jam

Method of cooking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C. Prepare a cake tin (Ø 22 cm) with parchment paper on the bottom and sides greased with butter or oil.
