Ingredients:
- 8 g vanilla sugar - CVR
- 4 g baking powder
- 40 g powdered sugar
- 150 g sugar
- 300 g chicken eggs, whole
- 50 g Walnuts
- 120 g banana
- 250 g strawberries
- 15 g Oil, rapeseed
- 800 g Cream, 30% fat
- 150 g wheat flour 450
- 100 g raspberry jam
Method of cooking:
- Preheat the oven to 160°C. Prepare a cake tin (Ø 22 cm) with parchment paper on the bottom and sides greased with butter or oil.
