- 500 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 30 g broth paste - CVR
- 80 g shallots
- 10 g fresh mint
- 5 g garlic
- 100 g white dry wine
- 100 g Cream, 18% fat
- 200 g milk, 3,2% fat
- 10 g Oil, rapeseed
- 300 g Peas green, frozen
- 3 g Sea salt
- 30 g wheat flour 450
- 100 g Szynka serrano
- 120 g Crème fraîche
Method of cooking:
