Ingredients:

- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g cayenne pepper
- 2 g sweet paprika
- 80 g Onion, raw
- 5 g garlic
- 100 g Lemon
- 6 g salt
- 600 g Cod, raw
- 200 g Pepper, red
- 500 g tmato
- 50 g Oil, olive
- 140 g Rolls, french
- 20 g parsley leaves
- 30 g tomato paste
- 10 g thyme, fresh
Method of cooking:
- Add 80 grams of onion cut in half and 1 garlic clove to the bowl. Chop for 6 seconds at a speed of 15 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with a spatula.
