  • 120 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g cayenne pepper
  • 2 g sweet paprika
  • 80 g Onion, raw
  • 5 g garlic
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 6 g salt
  • 600 g Cod, raw
  • 200 g Pepper, red
  • 500 g tmato
  • 50 g Oil, olive
  • 140 g Rolls, french
  • 20 g parsley leaves
  • 30 g tomato paste
  • 10 g thyme, fresh

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 80 grams of onion cut in half and 1 garlic clove to the bowl. Chop for 6 seconds at a speed of 15 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with a spatula.
