Ingredients:

  • 900 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 55 g broth paste - CVR
  • 70 g Onion, raw
  • 5 g garlic
  • 150 g Carrot
  • 6 g salt
  • 50 g leek
  • 150 g kohlrabi
  • 100 g Celery
  • 200 g Potato, long stored
  • 20 g sunflower oil
  • 7 g parsley leaves

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 70 grams of halved onion, 1 clove of garlic, and 20 grams of sunflower oil to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with a spatula. Fry for 4 minutes at 105°C at a speed of 2 rotations.
