Ingredients:
- 900 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 55 g broth paste - CVR
- 70 g Onion, raw
- 5 g garlic
- 150 g Carrot
- 6 g salt
- 50 g leek
- 150 g kohlrabi
- 100 g Celery
- 200 g Potato, long stored
- 20 g sunflower oil
- 7 g parsley leaves
Method of cooking:
- Add 70 grams of halved onion, 1 clove of garlic, and 20 grams of sunflower oil to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with a spatula. Fry for 4 minutes at 105°C at a speed of 2 rotations.
