Ingredients:

  • 6 g hot chili pepper
  • 100 g lime
  • 15 g coriander leaves
  • 4 g granulated garlic
  • 8 g smoked paprika
  • 100 g onion spring
  • 4 g dried thyme
  • 10 g lime juice
  • 240 g canned beans
  • 2 g fennel seeds
  • 340 g Avocado
  • 260 g canned corn
  • 480 g tmato
  • 30 g Oil, olive
  • 540 g Salmon, raw
  • 9 g Sea salt
  • 4 g pepper balls
  • 4 g Szałwia
  • 10 g Płatki cebuli, suszone

Method of cooking:

  1. Spice mix: Add 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika, 1 tablespoon of dried sage leaves, 1 tablespoon of thyme, 2 tablespoons of dried onion flakes, 1 teaspoon of black peppercorns, 1 tablespoon of dried fennel seeds, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of sea salt to the bowl. Grind for 30 seconds at a speed of 20 rotations. Transfer to an airtight jar. Wash and dry the bowl.
