Acquacotta – Tuscan Soup
A traditional Italian soup originating from the Tuscany region, particularly from the Maremma area. The name literally means "boiled water," referring to its simplicity and the use of basic ingredients.

Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 12 g chili peppers
- 2 g fresh basil
- 300 g vegetable broth
- 250 g Onion, raw
- 8 g garlic
- 200 g Carrot
- 6 g salt
- 240 g Eggs fried in butter
- 250 g Celery
- 40 g Cheese, Parmezan
- 60 g Oil, olive
- 120 g Rolls, french
- 500 g canned tomatoes (sliced)
Method of cooking:
- Add 250 grams of peeled onion, cut into smaller pieces, 1 deseeded chilli pepper, chopped, and 2 peeled garlic cloves. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents down to the bottom of the bowl using a spatula.
