Cream of Celeriac Soup
A perfectly creamy soup combining the delicate, slightly sweet flavour of celeriac with a bold, crispy note of bacon.

Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g nutmeg
- 1000 g vegetable broth
- 150 g Onion, raw
- 12 g garlic
- 6 g salt
- 100 g Pork, belly, without bone, smoked
- 150 g leek
- 50 g Oil, rapeseed
- 700 g Celeriac
- 500 g Potato, long stored
Method of cooking:
- Place a bowl on the lid of the bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 100 grams of smoked bacon cut into 1 cm cubes, then set aside. Add 150 grams of peeled onion, cut into smaller pieces, 3 peeled garlic cloves, and 150 grams of washed leek (white part only), cut into smaller pieces, into the mixing bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations.
