Ingredients:
- 1 g vanilla extract
- 15 g maple syrup
- 36 g chia seeds
- 140 g raspberries
- 200 g Almond milk, no sugar
Method of cooking:
- On the lid of the bowl without the measuring cup, place a bowl and weigh 140 grams of raspberries in it. Set aside. Add 36 grams of chia seeds, 200 grams of almond milk, 15 grams of maple syrup and 1 drop of vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix for 30 seconds at a speed of 6 rotations.
