Ingredients:

  • 3000 g water
  • 1 g ground black pepper
  • 1 g nutmeg
  • 400 g ricotta cheese
  • 8 g garlic
  • 18 g salt
  • 100 g butter
  • 60 g chicken eggs, yolk
  • 250 g spinach
  • 110 g Cheese, Parmezan
  • 250 g wheat flour 450

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 2 peeled garlic cloves to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with a spatula. Add 60 grams of soft butter, cut into smaller pieces. Fry for 1 minute at 110°C at a speed of 3 rotations.
