Ingredients:
- 3000 g water
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g nutmeg
- 400 g ricotta cheese
- 8 g garlic
- 18 g salt
- 100 g butter
- 60 g chicken eggs, yolk
- 250 g spinach
- 110 g Cheese, Parmezan
- 250 g wheat flour 450
Method of cooking:
- Add 2 peeled garlic cloves to the bowl. Chop for 10 seconds at a speed of 10 rotations. Scrape the contents to the bottom of the bowl with a spatula. Add 60 grams of soft butter, cut into smaller pieces. Fry for 1 minute at 110°C at a speed of 3 rotations.
