Ingredients:
- 1 g ground black pepper
- 1 g allspice
- 250 g yellow pepepr
- 80 g shallots
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 15 g vinegar
- 2 g oregano
- 400 g raspberry tomatoes
- 80 g pomegranate
- 2 g salt
- 90 g Oil, olive
- 20 g Syrop z granatu
Method of cooking:
- Place a large salad bowl on the lid of the bowl without the measuring cup, reset the scale, and weigh 400 grams of raspberry tomatoes cut into 1.5-2 cm cubes and 200 grams of cherry tomatoes halved. Add 80 grams of shallot (or red onion) cut into smaller pieces and 250 grams of yellow bell pepper washed, dried, deseeded, and cut into 1 cm cubes to the bowl. Mix everything thoroughly and set aside.
