Ingredients:

  • 1 g baking powder
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 120 g sugar
  • 240 g chicken eggs, whole
  • 120 g wheat flour 450
  • 250 g raspberry jam

Method of cooking:

  1. Add 4 eggs and 120 grams of sugar to the bowl. Attach the whisk to the bowl. Whisk for 5 minutes at a speed of 6 reverse rotations.
