- 1 g baking powder
- 30 g powdered sugar
- 120 g sugar
- 240 g chicken eggs, whole
- 120 g wheat flour 450
- 250 g raspberry jam
Method of cooking:
- Add 4 eggs and 120 grams of sugar to the bowl. Attach the whisk to the bowl. Whisk for 5 minutes at a speed of 6 reverse rotations.
